A Grammar of the Arabic Language ReviewThis book was wriiten by Caspari and only translated into english by Wright. It is by far the best book on this subject in the english language. Nothing like it has been produced as the days of orientalist scholarship that was able to appreciate and understand classical grammarians as those upon whose work Caspari based this on have gone. Modern arrogance has left this book on the shelves getting dusty when it should be the basis of all arabic study. The book is at times difficult to read as the english has not been edited since 1923 however this is good as it keeps out unwanted comment.All in all if you buy this book (despite its price) I assure you, you will never grow out of it- and if you do you most certainly won't consider that money other than well spent- Good Luck!A Grammar of the Arabic Language OverviewThis is a pre-1923 historical reproduction that was curated for quality.
